Booty Blast & Abs
This 8 week New Year program includes:
-Glute and core exercises/workouts to build and strengthen muscles to look good and get work done!
-60min sessions
-3 gym sessions a week
-You will need access to a gym/gym equipment
Body shred
This program includes:
-6 working days/week with 1 full rest day. Focus is on building lean muscle and burning fat.
-60-90min full body training sessions
-Video demonstrations
-Unique full body training that will get you better results in less time!
hybrid
This program includes:
-3 strength days + 3 endurance days + 1 rest day
-60-90 min training sessions dedicated to strength/conditioning or endurance/speed to get you ready for your next race or compeition.
